Yes, she was talented, she had a beautiful voice and a great style. but her real genius was how she attracted and inspired so many other talented people who then lifted her up. Expectional people loved Judy Garland and expectionally. Many of the twentienth centurys greatest writers, directors, producers, composers and performers as well as countless other stage and screen struck professionals contributed passionately to Judy Garland incomparable life. It was not just one woman singing "Over the Rainbow" It was an amalgamatory of the most inspired talent on earth. That is one of the most important person in my life, that i admire Ms. Judy Garland, yes she had many combacks and died of one of them, but she'll always be in my heart, and so this is the Judy we remeber, singing "Over the Rainbow". This is the Judy we love rising from her troubles and on her way to a happier and better place. And then there's a night I recall When she proved she was queen of them all, And the roof shook at Carniege Hall. And noboy will Compare to the thrill Of Judy Garland. For years, there's a debt that i owed To the girl from the Yellow Brick Road Who could make my emotions explode. So, thanks to the gods above For letting me fall in love With Judy Garland" The miracle is how the collaboration inexerably spread from the stage and screen to the audience. By the end of Judy's career the fansw were singing to her. The People standing on their seats with tears streaming down their faces were as likely to be HOLLYWOOD stars as plumbers from hoboken. A Candle burning brightly forever in the wind. Your journey is not over, it has only just begin. You left so much behind like pictures, words and thoughts. But there are so many other things even a camera couldnt caught. Like the way your brown eyes sparlked on and off the sliver screen. Or your fear of water even with a sliver shean. The way you had a passion for life, nothing could bring you down. Even when you went through the hardtimes, you always got off the ground. If only you could see how special you really are. Natalie Wood was a remarkable beauty who appeared in over 56 movies for the silver screen and television and was nominated for numerous Oscars throughout her career. What is improtant, is to remember Natalie's life, and the characters she created on-screen-- the poigant Austrian waif in "Tomorrow is Forever"..... precocious Susan in "Miracle on 34rd Street"..... tender, luminous Maria in "Westside Story".... Judy, the senstive teenager in "Rebel without a Cause"..... brave plucky Angie in "Love with the Proper Stranger"..... vulnerable Deanie in "Splendor in the Grass". The gifts Natalie gave her fans at the expense of her own identity. "Natalie Wood's" her actress alter ego, lives on in movies. What has been lost is Natasha. Its Terrible when someone dies, but this is an inordinately painful. For all the kids, growing up in sub-teen or teenage years, there is always one star who you pick for your very own because you want to be them--Natalie Wood is mine. She always got to do all the "good" things and I loved her for that. "Ootra Vechereem Moodreunaya" as Natalie said at the end of her eulogy for her Fahd.
